Seller reserves the right to make adjustments to pricing, products and service offering for reasons including, but not limited to, changing market conditions, product discontinuation, product unavailability, manufacturer price changes, supplier price changes and error in advertisements. All orders are subject to product availability and the availability of personnel to perform the services. There fore, seller cannot guarantee that it will be able to fulfill customer’s orders. If services are being performed on a time and materials basis, any estimates provided by seller are for planning purposes only.

RETURN POLICY

We will gladly accept returns within 7 day of delivery. Please return merchandise with original tags and packaging, unwashed and unused. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Please refer to “How to return an item” for detailed instructions. Unfortunately we are unable to provide online exchanges. If you wish to make an exchange, we ask that you return the original item for a refund and purchase the desired item through the website as a refund and purchase the desired item through the website as a separate transaction. Because of the limited nature of many of our products, if you are interested in making an exchange, we recommend purchasing your preferred size/item before sending back what you wish to return. This is the best way to ensure that you get the size or item you desire. Please see “How to return an item” for the correct return procedure.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM:

All returns must be authorized by RMBR. Please send your request to sidtjack001@gmail.com with your order number and list of items you would like to return. Upon receipt of a confirmation email, pack the merchandise in the original package if possible and a email will be sent on where to return the product too.

Please be mindful that RMBR will not accept responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of lost packages without proof of delivery. When your return is received, we will credit the card used to make the original purchase. RMBR will process your return immediately but the time it takes for the refund to post to your account may vary depending on your bank and/or credit card company. Most refunds post within 48 hours.
